Volume 2, Number 3
Activities vs. Results!!!! The last several months have gone so fast that they seem like a blur. Each of us have been challenged with a multitude of events, training meetings, expos, new product launches along with trying to keep focused on the most important job we have----selling feed and profitably growing our businesses. In the next few months, I really don’t see any of that changing, which is a good thing. As you read the newsletter, you will find new products and programs for you to introduce to your customers. New products, new selling events (Reach & Better Animals®) and new programs are what drives our business and fuels our enthusiasm. Even though we are all very busy, keep in mind that activities are great, but results are what we strive for. Thanks to you and all your hard work, our Horse Feed, Show Feeds and Pet Food business has been steadily growing. THANK YOU!!!!
Within the next couple of weeks you should be receiving information about our new Red Flannel™ Pet Food. This new updated product line will be replacing the traditional PMI Nutrition Pet Food line-----it WILL NOT be replacing the Exclusive products. Red Flannel™ will be available to both LOL and Purina retailers. In months ahead you will be hearing more and more about Red Flannel™. The Red Flannel™ lineup will have an up-to-date formula with added glucosamine and Omega Fatty Acids and a new Large Breed Adult product. Please review the information in this newsletter for more details.
Show Pig Base----Please take the time to review information on the LOLPF Show Pig Base that will be available for producers who want to utilize a grind & mix ration for their show pigs. This product will give us more flexibility than our current line of complete pig show feeds while at the same time allowing us to use locally grown feedstuffs. Look in the Show Chow section of this newsletter for more details.
