Greetings from the New Year, and I hope you had a great time with
friends and family, laughing, visiting, and sharing of yourselves during this
Christmas past.
Better Animals meetings will be held soon in a market near you to tell you about
this exciting new program Purina Mills LLC has put together for 2007 marketing
year. How many times have you as dealers told us that you didn’t like coupon
redemption, vouchers to fill out and keep track of, rebate checks that were not
timely, and too many programs to remember? We’ve done away with many of these
situations, and it is exciting to look at the Better Animals program and what it
may mean to you and your dealership. Look for your invitation to a local
meeting, and be there to learn about this exciting new program.
I will be attending the Phoenix Expo, and information is just beginning to
arrive with what the new look of Expo’s for 2007 will hold. St. Paul will not
have an Expo this year, so I would strongly encourage you to attend Phoenix to
make full use of many training events for employees and key feed personnel.

dealers will contain many of the same pieces as past kits including but not
limited to Sweepstakes, sweepstakes entry forms, Strategy® Horse Challenge
information, posters and ad slicks.
