Volume 1, Number 7
It may be getting colder, but sales opportunities and events are
really heating up! Show animal selection meeting, pet events, hunters night out
meetings, and bird feeding meetings really are great merchandising tools, that
would work excellent thru the end of the year. Be sure to contact your sales rep
to plan early!
Lambing will be starting soon, so let’s make a push to get more producers on our
excellent lamb starters. I suggest doing some local advertising to drum up some
interest and new business. We have the resources to make top notch ads for you.
There are many new and exciting improvements on the horizon, many of which will
be introduced at the first ever spring EXPO . . .February 6-8 in Phoenix,
Arizona. It’s a prime time to get out of the cold of the Midwest winter.
There will be over 100 companies exhibiting, and the best part is there will be
extensive amounts of product and sales training you can take part in, not to
mention the deals you can make! I encourage everyone to attend. If
you would like more information, see the link in the Calendar section of this
newsletter. It will have a schedule and a phone number for room
reservations. This will fill up quickly, so don’t hesitate.
Enjoy the newsletter. Congratulations on a wonderful October. Thank your for
your business!

A Cup of Hot Chocolate!
C-Hansen Farms, a Great Lakes Co-Op from the Langdon location,
recently attended a Pet Show at the South Park Mall where proceeds went to the
"People for Pets" program. One of their puppies, Oscar, who is fed Achieve
Performance attended dressed in a Halloween outfit that fit him to a tee!
We think Oscar deserves first prize just for his cuteness! (Click
